This is a fast-paced, interactive position with CCFBank, a successful financial institution with locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. We’re seeking a friendly, customer-oriented individual eager to build and maintain customer relationships.

As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions accurately, and opening and closing customer accounts. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive the best banking experience by #Makingmorepossible. The ideal candidate is a collaborator who works well in a team environment with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills. This role involves working closely with others, building relationships, and working within established guidelines. You should be an effective communicator, able to motivate others and respond to their needs and concerns. You will interact with many different people, so friendliness and genuine interest in others’ needs are essential. You must have a persuasive, teaching-oriented mindset and be able to clearly communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. Expect a faster-than-average pace of work.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Assist all assigned areas of branch operations, including teller, new accounts, vault teller, safe deposit, and lending.
  2. Help customers select various accounts, products, and financial services; present cross-sell opportunities using professional sales techniques.
  3. Process retail and commercial deposits, ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in vault operations, including opening/closing, balancing, and managing currency and coin.
  5. Make decisions on opening new deposit accounts, complete required forms, accept initial deposits, and process documents.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Or three years of relevant full-time experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Two years of experience in financial services performing teller duties.
  • Two years of customer service experience.

Desired Experience

  • One year of sales experience.

  • Competitive pay: $18.00 - $24.66/hour, based on location and experience.
  • Annual bonus potential: 1.5%-3% of salary based on performance.
