Fidelity Bank is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. In this role, you will perform a variety of duties that support the customer sales and service functions of our branch. Fidelity Bank is a relationship-driven community bank seeking Personal Bankers located in the Scranton area and Lackawanna County. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their transactions, coordinating work within the branch, and ensuring efficient communication across departments.

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; moderate typing skills; proficient PC skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient customer service skills; moderate needs-based selling skills; moderate knowledge of bank deposit and loan products and services, along with the operating policies and procedures that impact these products; ability to lift items weighing 50 lbs. or less; visual and auditory skills; valid driver’s license is required for floating Universal Banker position.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in related Customer Service position.
