Affinity FCU is seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and service-focused individual to join our branch in Madison, NJ. Our branch operates Monday through Saturday.

Role Overview: Financial Services Consultants deliver exceptional member experiences, build relationships, and support the financial success of consumer and small business members. Responsibilities include engaging members to understand their needs, recommending products and services, opening accounts, enrolling members in digital solutions, processing applications, resolving complex issues, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements: Must be technologically savvy, especially with self-service options, adaptable to new environments, and committed to community engagement and our corporate objectives.

• 3-5 years of banking experience in a platform role
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience
