Job summary

Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Universal Banker to work at our Cloquet office. The role requires professional communication, attention to detail, and strong technical skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through meaningful conversations and introductions to banking partners. Responsibilities include opening deposit accounts, leading a work group, and maintaining accurate cash balancing while preventing

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in computers with basic technical skills.

• Open all types of consumer and non-consumer deposit accounts and services accurately.
• Provide leadership and ongoing training to the work group.
• Maintain exceptional cash handling skills and accurate balancing.
• Diligently examine all transactions to prevent losses and deter fraudulent activity.

Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Universal Banker to work at our Cloquet office. This position must provide a high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills to provide exceptional customer service. Must proactively identify opportunities to expand customer relationships by engaging in deep and meaningful conversations. The ability to make customer introductions to banking partners is a key responsibility of this position.

Job Duties:
