Provident Credit Union in Belmont, CA seeks a Universal Banker to grow deposits and loans, develop members, and lead branch sales and service efforts.

You will handle teller duties, new accounts, and loan origination while adhering to security and compliance guidelines. Strong customer focus and community engagement are essential for driving branch profitability.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of sales and service experience with proven results.
• Experience making outbound calls.
• Notary license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• NMLS certification must be completed within 90 days of hire date.
• Excellent listening, speaking, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of depository accounts and consumer loans.
• Ability to work in a team and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Assist new members in opening accounts (checking, savings, CD, money market) and other products.
• Prepare weekly personal sales/production reports for management.
• Review branch reports to increase activities to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Conduct internal/external business development with current and potential employer groups.
• Participate in marketing events and community activities.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives set by management.
• Support member retention and expansion of relationships.
• Ensure compliance with security and internal procedures.
