Job summary

Provident Credit Union is seeking a flexible Bank Teller - Floater for the East Bay region (Oakland, Alameda, Walnut Creek, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Hayward). You will travel to multiple branches to handle cash transactions, greet members, and promote Provident’s products and services.

Job Location: Redwood City, CA 94065, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.00 - $26.00 Hourly, Bank Teller - Floater (East Bay Region)

What is a floating Teller?

We're glad you asked! Our floating Tellers are introduced to the many locations and communities Provident serves. They travel to our branches to fill in where needed. They handle cash, interact with our members and seek opportunities to share information about us and the products and services we offer to help them manage their finances successfully. This position opens the door to a variety of future career possibilities with Provident. It is also an ideal way to take us for a test drive and determine which branch you like the best. One float position will primarily provide coverage for the East Bay region (Oakland, Alameda, Walnut Creek, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, and Hayward), but may cover other branches on occasion. Work Hours:

East bay branches hours vary by location anything from 8:30-6pm. Usually 8:45 to 5:15/5:30 Monday-Thursday. Fridays 8:45-6:15. Saturdays 8:45-2pm or 4pm depending on the location.

Compensation:

Pay Grade is A2. This position is eligible for our twice a year discretionary bonus.

Targeted Base Pay: $26.00/hr
