Job summary

On Tap Credit Union in Colorado is seeking a Universal Advocate to provide distinguished member service and support across service and financial advocacy. You will process transactions, open and maintain accounts, and educate members on financial products designed for their goals.

The role emphasizes community involvement, collaboration across teams, and adherence to our KEG of Excellence—Kindness, Elegance, and Genuineness—to promote our beer heritage and Colorado lifestyle.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of financial services experience in credit union or banking.
• Colorado notary, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Regular and predictable attendance is a must!

Responsibilities

• Assist members with their financial queries.
• Conduct outbound calls for marketing campaigns & member maintenance.
• Accurately process transactions in a timely manner.
• Educate members on our financial products and services, then recommend the right fit.
• Actively participate in community and business-related events (no less than one event per year).

started more than 60 years ago when eight employees from Coors Brewery established the Coors Credit Union. Throughout the past six decades, membership expanded as products and services were introduced with a focus on delivering first-class financial solutions.

What You’ll Do

Our Universal Service Advocates are responsible for providing distinguished member service. This would include a combination of working as a Service Advocate and as a Financial Advocate, efficiently and accurately processing transactions, as well as general account maintenance and the opening of new accounts, respectively.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of financial services experience in credit union or banking
• High school degree or GED equivalent
• Huge fan of our K.E.G. of Excellence
• Colorado notary, or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Regular and predictable attendance is a must!

Compensation

• $23.00/hour to $26.00/hour. Final base pay will be commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications.
