The Administrative Coordinator assists faculty and staff with administrative tasks and ensures Ryan White Program data is current and accurately reported to SC DPH for the Division of Infectious Disease.

Job Duties:
  1. Assists in maintaining Provide Enterprises (PE) data, ensuring correct extraction from Epic EMR into PE, and submitting reports to SC DPH.
  2. Performs general office duties such as answering phones, entering ADAP applications, assisting with Epic in-basket, and scheduling patients.
  3. Supports Insurance/Medication Coordinators during open enrollment, ensuring paperwork completion and updates.
  4. Represents the MUSC Ryan White program on state committees, including the HIV Planning Council and HIV, Hep C, and STI Conference Committee.
Preferred Experience & Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and four years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:

Includes ability to perform job functions in various positions and environments, such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting up to 15 lbs., and visual and auditory acuity. Specific physical demands are detailed in the original description.
