Job summary

Ironbird Creations is a Cracow-based game studio seeking a Unity Developer to build engaging gameplay for Phantom Hellcat. You will implement features, optimize code, and contribute to architecture alongside a collaborative team.

The role offers a flexible full-remote setup for candidates in Poland, with an on-site office in Cracow if preferred, and a B2B contract with a fixed monthly rate plus leaves and health benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Unity Programmer.
• Experience with working on at least one commercial project.
• Ability to debug and optimize code.
• Ability to write clear and concise tech documentation.
• Being an open and positive team player who knows how to give and take feedback.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• English at the communicative level.

Responsibilities

• Implementing new features and systems in the game (Unity, C#).
• Optimizing and debugging the game’s code.
• Participation in creating the game’s architecture.
• Creating technical documentation.
• Helping artists in their engine-related tasks.
