Job summary

Предусмотрена работа с рекламой, аналитикой и A/B‑тестами, а также быстрые релизы в магазинах. Требуется опыт выпуска мобильных игр и умение показать свой вклад.

Qualifications

• Опыт выпуска мобильных игр в магазины приложений; не обязательно головоломка.
• Умение показать личный вклад в выпущенный проект.
• Опыт работы с Unity, C#, рекламными SDK, аналитикой и атрибуцией в IAA/гибридных играх.
• Читаемая архитектура и модульные тесты игровой логики.
• Работа с ИИ‑помощниками (Claude/Code/Cursor): постановка задач, ревью кода, параллелочки.

Responsibilities

• Перенести HTML/JS прототип в Unity и собрать MVP; опираться на тесты.
• Власть над архитектурой: ядро игры отделено от UI; хранение уровней как JSON.
• Настроить рекламу, аналитику, атрибуцию и A/B‑тесты.
• Настроить репозиторий, CI, сборки, ревью кода и инструменты IA.
• Сделать анимации, твины, частицы и звуковые эффекты с художником.
• Публиковать обновления в App Store и Google Play каждые 1–2 недели.
• Настроить отслеживание событий, сбор данных и GDPR‑хранение.
• Обеспечивать плавную работу на слабых устройствах Android.
• Разрабатывать внутренние инструменты для студии; учитывать процессы техпомощи.
• Позже помогать в найме разработчиков и QA.

Job description

Описание: Gear Seven is a casual puzzle studio making cozy, clever puzzle games for players around the world. Its first title is in production, with the first playtests planned for this winter.

Задачи:

• Port the existing HTML/JS prototype to Unity and build the MVP, using tests rather than reinventing the documented logic
• Own the architecture, keeping the game core independent of the UI, storing levels as JSON data, configuring the server, and enabling quick setting changes without rewriting code
• Integrate ads, analytics, attribution, remote config, and A/B testing
• Set up the repository, CI, automated builds, code review, and the team's AI tooling
• Create animations, tweens, particles, and sound effects with the artist to improve the feel of each tap
• Ship updates to the App Store and Google Play every one to two weeks, and build quick feature and settings prototypes for testing
• Set up event tracking, reliable data collection, and GDPR-compliant storage
• Maintain smooth performance on low-end Android devices
• Build internal tools for studio processes, including tracking for the tech team
• Help hire developers and QA later

Требования:

• Have shipped at least one mobile game to app stores with your work in it; it does not have to be a puzzle game
• Be able to show what you personally contributed to a shipped game
• Have experience with Unity, C#, ad SDKs, analytics, and attribution in IAA or hybrid games
• Write readable architecture and unit tests for game logic
• Work daily with AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor: assign tasks, review their code, and run several tasks in parallel
• Take builds through to the store independently
