Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS or Game Design, or related field.
• High Diploma or equivalent experience in game development considered.
• Proficient in Unity 3D with 1+ years of development experience.
• Experience in game level design with capable creation of engaging and balanced levels.
• Basic understanding of game design principles, player experience, and pacing.
• Strong mathematical skills for game design calculations.
• Ability to collaborate with art and programming teams to translate concepts into in-game content.
• Experience with AI tools for game content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging game levels aligned with the game's vision.
• Develop and implement game mechanics and features using Unity 3D and C#.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to integrate assets and gameplay systems.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new game features and level designs.
• Document workflows, level designs, and development processes to support team collaboration.
