Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of estimating, sales, or preconstruction experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience preparing quantity takeoffs and bid proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise detailed material takeoffs and quantity surveys.
• Review architectural drawings and determine project scope.
• Develop comprehensive material, labor, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Coordinate bid-related communications with vendors and subcontractors.
