Job summary

Pfefferle Management in Appleton, WI is seeking a Part-Time Residential Apartment Cleaner/Unit Turnover Cleaner to maintain cleanliness of units and common areas. The role includes deep cleaning vacant units, cleaning appliances, removing trash, and following safety procedures; weekday schedule Monday through Friday, with on-site work and weather adaptability.

A High School Diploma or GED and prior cleaning experience are preferred; reliability, detail orientation, and ability to work

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience in residential or hotel settings preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Deep cleaning of vacant units, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
Clean appliances, cabinetry (inside and out), light fixtures, baseboards, and windows.
Remove all trash and leftover items from the previous tenants.
Report any maintenance issues or damage.
Ensure units are ready on schedule for moving in.
Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of low inventory.
Clean and sanitize all common area surfaces including floors, elevators, walls, railings, and windows.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture in public areas.
Report safety hazards, vandalism, or damage to management.
