Job Summary
The Unit Turn Technician reports to a Regional Maintenance Supervisor and is part of a team of other technicians responsible for preparing apartment homes for new residents and ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to 11Residential standards. Primary responsibilities include performing general maintenance and make-ready tasks such as ensuring timely delivery of market-ready units, maintaining accurate turn tracking in company systems, and supporting the overall appearance and condition of the designated properties. This role requires travel to properties throughout the Greater Puget Sound Area.
