Responsibilities:


  • Performs cleaning duties in assigned areas daily according to standard operating and approved infection control procedures
  • Demonstrates ownership for responsibilities in assigned zone and other designated areas
  • Demonstrates accountability for customer service and professional behavior through personal work ethic, teamwork, and effective communication skills If assigned, locates, visually inspects, tests functionality, and cleans patient equipment
  • As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.


Qualifications:


  • Required 1-year experience in environmental services in either health care, hospitality, or contract cleaning service. Preferred prior hospital experience in Environmental Services and housekeeping experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent may be substituted for one (1) year of experience
