The DC Army National Guard is seeking a Unit Supply Specialist to ensure your unit is well supplied and equipped for missions. You will oversee shipping, storage, and supply of equipment, handling documentation, automated systems, and maintenance for weapons.

Responsibilities include issuing and receiving small arms, maintaining weapons, and operating unit-level computers, with additional learning in medical/food supply handling and record keeping.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
• Must meet citizenship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive small arms. Secure and control weapons and ammunition in security areas.
• Schedule and perform preventive and organizational maintenance on weapons.
• Operate unit level computers.
