Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain patient records, enter physician orders, and protect patient information.
• Coordinate communications between calls and care team members clearly.
• Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked for safety and comfort.
• Proactively support daily operations and teamwork.
