Job summary

Cox Medical Center Branson is seeking a Nurse Assistant to perform clerical duties and support the 1388 Medical Unit in Branson. The role includes scheduling appointments, charging and handling medical charts, and assisting with daily unit operations.

The ideal candidate has prior Nurse Assistant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills to support patients and staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous Nurse Assistant experience.
• Able to communicate with a wide variety of staff, patients and families.
• Exhibits valuable time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Has a basic working knowledge of all unit functions and is responsible for performing clerical duties and maintaining and organizing all necessary equipment and supplies.
• Duties may include scheduling appointments, charging, compiling and copying medical charts, reports, and other duties as assigned.
