Texas Health Dallas is seeking a Unit Secretary for the Med Surg department on a PRN basis with day shifts. The role supports physicians, staff, and patients, ensuring efficient unit operations and patient safety in a busy hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have 1 year of healthcare experience, and maintain CPI training annually. Strong organization, communication skills, and a team-driven attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and staff.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Interventions training maintained annually (90 days required).

Work hours: PRN "As Needed", 7:00am - 3:00pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm.

Here’s What You Need

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year of healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required
