Job summary

Texas Health Cleburne is seeking a Unit Secretary for the PCU, to support patients, physicians and staff with strong organization and communication. The role focuses on documenting accurately and maintaining safety in a fast-paced hospital environment.

PRN Days position located at 201 Walls Drive, Cleburne, TX. The successful candidate will adapt to changing workloads, uphold hospital standards, and contribute to a collaborative team committed to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Demonstrates organization in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.

• Adjusts to changing schedules and workload demands to meet patient and unit needs.
• Advocates for patients and maintains accurate documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates accountability by following personnel policies and maintaining essential Unit Secretary skills.
• Contributes to quality and safety by identifying inefficient processes, participating in improvement efforts, and adhering to National Patient Safety Goals.
