Job summary

Women & Infants Hospital is seeking a Unit Secretary to support day-to-day operations across clinical areas. Responsibilities include retrieving data, maintaining patient charts, and processing unit forms.

Qualifications

  • Processes forms and paperwork necessary for unit functions.
  • Verifies and updates patient data.
  • Maintains manual patient medical records and files.
  • Maintains a neat, well supplied workstation.
  • Provides routine secretarial support to unit.
  • Preserves and protects patient's rights to confidentiality.
  • Performs other job-related duties as requested.
