Acadiana Management Group seeks a Full Time Unit Secretary for AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette. The role supports day shift operations, organizing and maintaining medical records and handling clerical tasks to ensure smooth hospital workflow.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Articulate communication, interpret and explain complex information; understand written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and maintain medical records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Sends, receives, and processes information clearly, accurately, and courteously.
• Initiate directions from physicians and nursing staff.
• Maintain regulatory agency requirements and nursing/hospital policies and standards.

AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette is seeking Full Time Unit Secretary for day shifts responsible for organizing and maintaining medical records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as perform clerical duties associated with the position. Sends, receives, and processes information in a clear, accurate, and courteous manner. Initiate directions from physicians and nursing staff. Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies and procedures and standards.
