• Organize and maintain medical records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures and perform clerical duties.
• Sends, receives, and processes information clearly, accurately, and courteously.
• Initiate directions from physicians and nursing staff.
• Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies and procedures and standards.
