Unit Sales Manager (High-pressure waterblasting units)

Jetstream’s ultra high-pressure waterblasting systems offer exceptional productivity, reliability, and performance to tackle the toughest applications. Jetstream has a vast selection of models that can be customized to fit specific needs, ensuring that there’s a Jetstream unit available for every job.

Jetstream’s innovative designs, advanced manufacturing processes, and unique coating technologies provide distinct features, such as quick change valve cartridges and internal components, oil-less water bearings for rotating tools, and easily interchangeable fluid ends for pumps. Our products have simple, rugged construction and color-coded Visual Safety System markings, providing exceptional performance, maximum safety and productivity, and minimal downtime in the field.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the direct sales of all water blasting units in an assigned territory.
  • Responsible for the complete sales cycle including quotes, presentations, demos, training, etc.
  • Work with the regional team to map and manage the customer base via CRM.
  • Generate direct sales, develop customers, and locate new customers within specified territory.
  • Generate and help facilitate leads for all products as it relates to rental and parts & accessories.
  • Inform customers and other personnel in the company's product line.
  • Attend regional sales meetings as needed.
  • Attend, participate, and coordinate regional and national trade shows.
  • Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas.
  • Meet sales objectives and supply forecasting information on a monthly basis.
  • Submit monthly regional report.
  • Submit expense report on a timely basis.
  • Develop and maintain competitive manufacturer's profiles and report on their activity each month.
  • Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard of ethical practices.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 50%-75%, including overnight.
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
  • 3+ years of industrial capital equipment sales experience.
  • Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate computer literacy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • High degree of initiative, enthusiasm, and motivation required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under time restraints, and manage costs and resources required.

Pay Transparency

Anticipated salary: $40,000 + commission
