Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Unit Sales Manager to lead our distributor network and drive category growth. The role focuses on ensuring accurate selling and reporting systems, analyzing opportunities, and aligning plans with distributors to maximize sales across the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with the Area Sales Manager on distributor finances, P&L reviews, and market development, while delivering high performance and nurturing a skilled sales team within a flexible, hybrid work

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese; role faces Vietnamese clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities; solid interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure selling and reporting systems at the distributor are compliant and accurate.
  • Analyze reports to identify market opportunities.
  • Align monthly plans with distributors and build weekly/daily distributor plans.
  • Manage distributor orders and accounts receivable for the territory.
  • Support Area Sales Manager with distributor capability, finance, and P&L reviews.
  • Provide feedback and consultancy on sales, distribution, and trade marketing to upper management.
  • Participate in market development, trade marketing, and new product launches.
  • Maintain high motivation and retention of the sales team.

In this role, you will:

Responsibilities
  • This role will be based in Vietnam and be responsible for the compliance and accuracy of selling and reporting system at the assigned distributor(s).
  • Analyze reports to identify market opportunities
  • Align a monthly plan with distributors, build weekly and daily working plans for distributors
  • Responsible for distributor(s) orders, account receivables for the assigned territory
  • Support the Area Sales manager to review key distributors’ capability, finance and P&L on a timely basis to ensure a proper analysis and action plan to improve distributors’ effectiveness & efficiency and reduce risk
  • Coordinate and provide feedback, analysis and consultancy about sales, distribution and trade marketing effectiveness to the upper-level management
  • Involved in Market development, Trade marketing, new products launching
  • High winning spirit, motivation and retention of skilled team.
