Qualificações

• Three (3) years of work experience in health care, business administration, public health, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership and direction to unit staff to assure delivery of quality care.
• Acts as Acting Unit Director and supervises Unit Supervisors as needed.
• Monitors staffing, overtime, and leave; ensures compliance with regulations and training.
• Works with interdisciplinary teams to maintain safety, dignity, and respect for individuals served.
• Oversees safety, audits, and compliance with Life Safety Code and settlement agreements.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field
