Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, technical support or safety.
• Able to lead, manage conflict and negotiate with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, agriculture industry.
• Basic knowledge of standard computer programs (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driver’s license (driving a company car requires acceptable driving record).
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical.
• Ability to work extended hours and multiple shifts (days/nights).

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit/plant operations ensuring timing, quality and cost targets.
• Manage personnel and provide training for production processes.
• Resolve production disturbances and communicate goals within unit and interfaces.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure facilities function properly to meet production goals.
• Foster collaboration across autonomous squads and support unit development and improvements.
• Monitor site P&L and ensure balance and alignment with company objectives.
