Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, technical support or safety.
• Ability to lead, manage conflict and negotiate with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, agriculture industry.
• Valid driver's license; condition-based on driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons or as needed.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts (Days or Nights).

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operations to meet timing, quality, and cost targets.
• Manage personnel and disciplinary tasks.
• Ensure proper functioning of facilities and attainment of production goals.
• Provide training on production processes and optimizations.
• Resolve production disturbances and maintain housekeeping.
• Foster collaboration across squads and drive innovation.
• Monitor P&L and support balance and alignment.
• Collaborate with networks to secure unit resources.
