Job summary

Azria Health Prairie Ridge, a Long Term Care facility located in Mediapolis, IA, is currently seeking an experienced RN/LPN to fill a full-time Nurse Management position. The role will include both floor hours and office hours.

Requirements include a current RN/LPN license, LTAC experience, and at least 1 year of nurse management experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN license is required.
• Experience in a Long Term Care facility is required.
• Experience in nurse management and planning is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities is required.
• Four or more years as a nurse, with at least 1 year in nurse management.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff within a Long Term Care facility.
• Balance floor nursing duties with office/administrative responsibilities.
• Coordinate staffing, resident care plans, and compliance with policies.
