Some Responsibilities for RN Nurse Manager:

• Lead and oversee one of our skilled nursing units.
• Develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.
• Perform a range of duties including maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
• Assist nursing staff on floor when needed and rounding of staff to ensure teamwork among the entire nursing unit and leading nurses by example.

Requirements for RN Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse license (RN) required!
• Positive and upbeat attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry with a concentration in Dementia Care.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• PCC knowledge.
