Job summary

NexCare WellBridge Senior Living is seeking an Unit Manager RN in Dimondale, MI. The role oversees a nursing care unit within a 24-hour operation, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care through a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will conduct rounds, guide the skilled care process, and ensure timely reports. The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering compassionate, innovative care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have current RN license in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding skilled care processes and act as a clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of requested reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
• Supervise nursing team including direction, assignments, and trainings.

The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of an assigned unit within the center's 24-houroperation and ensuring consistent and quality clinical care for all residents. How you will help people every day:

• You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.

Qualifications that you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.


• Must have current RN license in the state of Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.


• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
