Job Title: Unit Manager (RN/LPN)

Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Lake City

Location: Lake City, Florida

Shift: Full-Time, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: LPN - Up to $32/hour | RN - Up to $36/hour

Job Description:

Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Lake City is seeking a qualified and compassionate Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse looking to make a real impact on the lives of our residents by leading care delivery and guiding nursing staff on a busy skilled nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing needs and provide daily supervision for nursing staff delivering direct resident care.
• Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Assist with staff development and mentorship to build a skilled and compassionate care team.
• Provide hands-on resident care in line with individualized care plans.
• Perform and document comprehensive assessments of residents' medical status upon admission and throughout their stay.
• Participate in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring qualified nursing staff.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent and adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold residents' rights and collaborate with families and staff to resolve concerns.
• Complete Preceptor Training and contribute to staff onboarding and education.
• Foster innovation in healthcare delivery and help lead a results-driven management team.
  
  
  

Requirements:
