RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Unit Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while leading a team of caring professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical operations of a nursing unit in coordination with the Director of Nursing.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor and manage resident care plans, treatments, and medication administration.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility guidelines and standards.
• Participate in ongoing staff development and quality assurance initiatives.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
