American Senior Communities is seeking a Unit Manager - RN to oversee nursing care for residents on the assigned unit. You will supervise licensed nurses and other nursing staff, ensuring care meets clinical standards and complies with state and federal regulations.

The role requires an Indiana nursing license (RN or LPN) and a commitment to CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or eligibility to obtain Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care for all residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel.
