Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Unit Manager RN to lead nursing care on the assigned unit and supervise the nursing team. The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, adherence to professional standards, and compliance with federal and Indiana regulations.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Indiana RN license preferred; full-time and part-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care.
• Manages unit in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
