The ideal candidate holds an RN license in PA, a BSN preferred, and 2–3 years in nursing leadership. Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric care, plus outstanding communication and teamwork, are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor resident health status and coordinate medical care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and provide support to nursing staff.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families regarding clinical issues and nursing best practices.
