This position is preferably a full-time day shift opportunity, focusing on supervision, support with admission processes, and managing the LTC unit of our facility. Job Summary

Responsible and accountable for assigned core programs, leading nursing staff through daily oversight of nursing care on the unit(s). Ensures standards of care, maintains a safe environment, supervises RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants, and may act on behalf of the DON in her/his absence.

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Previous supervisory experience
• 1-year LTC experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
