This position is preferably a full-time day shift opportunity, focusing on supervision, support with admission processes, and managing the LTC unit of our facility. We offer an attractive salary and a sign-on bonus for the successful candidate. Our facility is located in Southeastern Wisconsin, amidst lakes and countryside, and we are seeking a talented, clinically knowledgeable, and team-oriented manager.

Job Summary

Responsible and accountable for assigned core programs, leading nursing staff through daily oversight of nursing care on the unit(s). Ensures standards of care, maintains a safe environment, supervises RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants, and may act on behalf of the DON in her/his absence.

Job Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • 1-year LTC experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
