Job summary

Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead your unit, mentor staff, and advocate for residents' well-being.

Lead the team, ensure high-quality care, collaborate with families and clinicians, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety and infection control standards. This role rewards strong leadership with growth opportunities in a compassionate, elder-care focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Virginia.
• 2+ years in long-term care/SNF; management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Calm, confident problem-solver with a heart for elder care.

Responsibilities
