Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.

Role Overview: The Unit Manager/Director - RN is responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality resident care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring satisfaction among patients, residents, families, and staff.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee nursing operations within an assigned unit, ensuring care delivery aligns with organizational mission, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as physicians and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources including staff recruitment, orientation, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions, while minimizing overtime and agency staffing.

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with current RN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
