Job summary

Avalon Care Center Honolulu is seeking a Unit Manager RN to lead the nursing team on a designated unit and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and an interdisciplinary team to drive outcomes while supporting staff development and training.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current Hawaii licensure or eligible.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to pass employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team on your assigned unit.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team.
