Job summary

Diversicare is looking for an RN Unit Manager to lead the care team and ensure high-quality patient and resident care in a long-term care setting.

You will coordinate services, monitor performance, and collaborate with nurses and aides to maintain a safe, compassionate environment for all residents served by the facility.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse with experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks and supervising nursing staff to optimize resident care.

Responsibilities

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll also have the chance to work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred
