Job summary

Diversicare in Tupelo, MS is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the care team, ensure resident needs are met, and drive quality outcomes in our long-term care center. You will mentor staff, coordinate services, and monitor performance to maintain exceptional patient and resident care.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.

Responsibilities

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll also have the chance to work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
