Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager in Jacksonville, Florida to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will coordinate nursing services, mentor staff, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to uphold care standards.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN or LPN license in Florida, possess 1+ years in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care, and demonstrate strong communication with residents’ families and the care team.

Qualifications

• ASN or PN Diploma required and active RN/LPN license in state
• 1+ years of nursing experience required, preferably in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care
• Florida licensure verification and active status required

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
