Signature HealthCARE Georgetown is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to supervise the delivery of care for a nursing unit and support CNAs and staff in providing high-quality nursing care. The role emphasizes resident needs, care standards, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualified candidates are Registered Nurses with active licensure, 1–3 years of related experience (supervisory preferred), and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• One to three years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
• Support CNAs and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.
• Ensure residents' needs are met and standards of care are maintained.

How you Will make a difference

Our Unit Managers (RN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Our Unit Managers ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Registered Nurse with current state license.


• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.


• Must have a current / active CPR certification.
