Job summary

Signature HealthCARE's Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager (RN) to supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents and to support CNAs and other staff in providing nursing care. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state, has 1–3 years of related experience (supervisory experience preferred), and maintains a current CPR certification.

How you Will make a difference

Our Unit Managers (RN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Our Unit Managers ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.
