Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) for Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center. You will supervise nursing care for a group of residents and lead CNAs and other staff to ensure high-quality care in a 100-bed facility.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, 1–3 years of related experience with supervisory experience preferred, and current CPR certification. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and Signature Perks.

How you Will make a difference

Our Unit Managers (RN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Our Unit Managers ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
