Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC's Mountain View of Bryson City in Bryson City, NC is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager. You will lead the care team, ensure high-quality resident care, and drive clinical performance on the unit.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the care team and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure patient/resident needs are met and deliver compassionate professional care.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize resident outcomes and care plans.
