Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking an RN Unit Manager at our Bryson City campus in North Carolina. You will lead the care team, ensure resident needs are met, and support clinical operations across shifts.

Applicants must hold an active RN license in North Carolina with long-term care experience. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate services to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care with a focus on teamwork and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse; long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members and coordinating services.
