Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team in our Mississippi facility. You will ensure high-quality resident care, monitor performance, and coordinate services with the care team during the 3PM–11PM shift.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time employment. You'll advance clinical leadership through our Career Ladder, options for tuition reimbursement, and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Mississippi RN license is required or by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services for residents.
• Experience triaging tasks and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll also have the chance to work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
