Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the care team in our Alabama long-term care center. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure patient and resident needs are met, and drive quality of care with compassionate leadership.

Applicants should hold an active RN license and have experience in long-term care, with strong planning, evaluation, and coordination skills. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
